The client needed to transition from a traditional offline sales model to a modern digital showcase. The challenge was to present complex technical specifications and a wide range of products (pumps and accessories) in a way that was easy for non-experts to navigate.
My goal was to build a trust-inducing UI that highlights both the breadth of the catalog and the service team’s expertise. By implementing advanced filtering and clear product hierarchies, the design ensures that customers can quickly find the right solution and easily contact the support team, effectively driving both sales and service inquiries.
