Launching an online pharmacy when digital health retail was still in its infancy posed a major challenge for user trust and perceptions of safety. The client needed a platform that would match the reliability of a physical pharmacy while overcoming the technical limitations of early e-commerce-era design tools.
My goal was to create a robust visual prototype that prioritized clarity and security throughout the shopping process. I designed an extensive set of user interface elements and promotional banners that combined a clean medical aesthetic with aggressive retail marketing to successfully convert hesitant visitors into confident customers.
